The Combat Prohibition of drugs is a war and not just a battle. So we have to build and move forward with a forehead that is powerful in every way. The current drug policy hides many economic, political, military and social that only with a concerted attack by air, land and sea can get good results.
Encod over time has always tried to unite people, institutions and ideas that claim hard to change the system of laws throughout mondo torture, imprison, kill and oppress all those who suffer directly or indirectly with the situation I just refuse to accept it.
Just by the number of activists who increasingly join this organization and presenting ideas, forms and strategies, so different, it is essential to define and collect these strategies, as well as organize and distribute them to those who most identified.

So we must ask ourselves two questions:

That strategy seems more effective in changing the legal system prohibitionist drug?
With that strategy would be willing to work?

Examples of strategies:

1. POLICIES
   A. Believing in the understanding of the political system to continue to attend conferences and hearings that put civilians layout, trying to influence them and then they expect those to change the laws
   B. Let us start the political process, ie deepen the message, spread the message to all voters so that we get enough votes to change the drug laws.
2. Legal and constitutional
   The drug laws are against the European constitution, play a constitutional legal battle at the highest level, with a view to asserting the rights of minorities are different from most.
3. SCIENTIFIC
   Historical, anthropological, sociological, "spiritual" man always needed, used and continue to state of substances that raise awareness and sensibly! What is the importance of scientific reason? The importance of reason in the midst of a topic that is considered irrational?
4. MEDI OS, PUBLIC OPINION
   The means and consequences that are revealed citizens and electors who will vote for those who will determine the laws are completely influenced by the media, our struggle must publicly demonstrate essentially affect our reason?
5. DIRECT ACTION
   Create public street actions to call attention to citizen cynicism, apathy and falsehood that the prohibitionists put the whole issue of drugs. Influencing the citizen in the sense not to fear and want other options than the prohibitionists. Actions such as demonstrations, performances, posters, paintings, graffiti, elections, slogans, t-shirts, concerts, art events and all the energy and creativity that can emerge to spread the anti-prohibitionist message.
6. The fight must include all these aspects to be more comprehensive, effective and strong and in this case we must organize and divide efforts in order to get cover all aspects?
7. Include and all minorities together ALTERNATIVES, which are killed by a system of dictatorship of the majority, which requires the desire and need of the majority. Thereby harming minorities, who has a way of being and a different concept of happiness.
8. ART as a form of complaint, objection, and the presentation of new roads and viable solutions.
9. PUBLIC COMPLAINT AND CONSTANT of lies, injustice and cynicism. Intelligence to know the truth, supported by all major Human Intellectual and for humanity, as if they used drugs or not. Publicly demonstrate the "stupidity" of the authorities to fight against drugs 40 years ago criticizing the situation and propose changes precisely with the same solution! That fear is fear drug prohibitionist system!
