The Association RADIALISTAS PASSIONATE AND PASSION is a nonprofit NGO based in Quito, Ecuador, are independent, not due to any political authority, religious or military. Its mission is to contribute to the democratization of communications, especially radio, from the perspectives of gender and citizenship. They are a production facility serving radio broadcasters from all continents, prioritizing Latin America and the Caribbean, working jointly and complementarily with existing communications networks.

The Association is directed to all broadcasters, women and men, communicators and journalists working in private and public broadcasters, educational and community, academic and popular, religious and secular union and indigenous, as well as radio production centers and institutions social communication that contribute, each according to his profile, to build civic values.

Their ultimate intentions are:

• Promote gender equitatrivas relationships through communication

• Incorporate new radio technologies to the task.
